Shipping and handling

We ship within Canada and US, normally within 3 business days, via Ground/Surface delivery, unless otherwise requested. All Canadian orders receive automatic package tracking. International orders requiring tracking, may incur additional fees. We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport or for package returned to us.

Shipping timelines are as follows:

  • Canada: 1 - 3 days within Ontario and, up to 7 days nationally
  • USA: 6 - 10 days

Local Pick Up Orders

Clients ordering for Local Pick Up, should place their order and indicate PICK UP in the comments. An email notification will be sent when their order is ready for pick up. Once the order has been picked up, Buck Naked will refund you the cost of shipping. Orders may be picked up at our factory location weekdays between 9am and 4pm. 

Returns

All retail orders come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Simply notify us via email of an impending return and send us back the original merchandise in its unopened and unused new condition (with sales receipt), and we will refund you the purchase price. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Additions or cancellations

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us within 24 hours with your name, order number and additional items being requested and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, you may need to place a new order. Additional costs for merchandise and shipping will be added to your original bill. 

Cancelled orders (orders that have been placed, but not shipped) will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund.

Back orders

We rarely run out of stock but, if we do, we will hold your order and place your missing items on back-order. Ship them as soon as they become available. If this situation does occur, we will contact you.

Incorrect, damaged or lost goods

If you received incorrect or damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.

Privacy

We never share your personal information with anyone. 

Holiday closings

We are closed on all Ontario and Canadian statutory holidays. Please feel free to leave us a message or email on these days and we will get in touch within the next 3 regular business days. 

Animal testing 

All of our ingredients and products are vegan and free of any animal testing. 

Disclaimer

Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin. If redness or irritation develops within 24 hours, discontinue use.
