Buck Naked Wholesale Policies

Order Fulfillment + Rush Processing

Orders must be submitted via the Buck Naked website using an approved wholesale partner account. We process orders within 10 business days or sooner.

In rare instances where orders cannot be filled within this timeframe, our shipping department may reach out. If necessary, arrangements will be coordinated between our shipping department and the customer.

For expedited processing, we offer rush processing with a $20 fee from January to the end of August. From September to the end of December, this fee is adjusted to 10% of the order total. This ensures efficient processing and prompt shipment for both rush and standard orders. Additionally, 50% of the rush order fee goes to our shipping staff.

Payment

Payment, including all shipping fees, is due upon order placement. For rush processing, payment will be added as a separate transaction after discussion and must be made before processing begins.

Invoices issued by Buck Naked must be paid upon receipt. Failure to pay in full after 3 attempts will result in a referral to our collections agency.

Returns

Customers may return non-conforming merchandise or items damaged or shipped incorrectly within 10 days of receipt, provided notice is given within five (5) days of receiving the merchandise. Returns will be credited to the customer's account or replaced. In the event an item is damaged or non-conforming, we require supporting documentation/images to accompany the request. Due to the personal nature of our products, general returns are not permitted.

Product Samples

You can purchase product samples at a reduced price on our wholesale website. Limit of 1 sample per product per wholesale order.

Prospective partners seeking samples before ordering can contact us directly to request an assortment of sample products for testing. Samples are available for purchase at a reduced price, plus taxes and shipping, and come in sample sizes.

Minimum Order

Our minimum wholesale order is $200, and at this time, we do not offer case packs. This provides retailers with the flexibility to select quantities that suit their needs and preferences.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders (orders placed but not shipped) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. 

Shipping Costs + Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are 10% of orders under $1000 and 5% of orders over $1000. Delivery times vary and are based on destination. These timelines typically range from 1-4 days.
